Every year on October 24, the world raises a glass of champagne from New York to Paris, from Tokyo to London to celebrate International Champagne Day, a global tribute to refinement, joie de vivre, and timeless elegance.
This year, for the very first time, Cluj joins the international celebration with a one-of-a-kind culinary experience hosted at C’est la Vie Rooftop, the signature fine dining destination of Vibre Hotel.
Created by Chef Florin Revesz and curated in collaboration with the champagne experts from Crush Wine Bar, the evening promises an exquisite symphony of flavours, textures, and bubbles.
At sunset, high above the city skyline, C’est la Vie Rooftop will transform into a Parisian-inspired stage a place where haute cuisine meets fine champagne, and each course tells its own story of craftsmanship and passion.
Expect a journey through seven refined dishes, each perfectly paired with an exceptional champagne, chosen to enhance every nuance of flavour.
